Wallace L. James was born May 11, 1957, in Riceboro, Georgia, to the Late Charlie James and Francena L. James.
He attended public school at Riceboro Elementary and later Bradwell Institute.
He was baptized at an early age at First Zion Baptist Church.
Wallace L. James leaves to cherish his memories two sisters: Willie Mae (Lee) Newmans of Brunswick, GA and Charlie Mae (Timothy) Williams of Riceboro, GA; one brother Henry (Angel) James of Riceboro, GA; two aunts: Louise L. Wynn and Catherine Spencer, both of Riceboro, GA; two uncles: Leroy Alvin and Albert
Spencer, both of Riceboro, GA; six nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends
