Lakeisha Shantay Thomas “Nnette” was born on September 9, 1983, In Hinesville, GA to Mr. David Lee Jennette, Jr. and Mrs. Catherine Thomas. Lakeisha Graduated from Bradwell Institute in 2002, and continued her education obtaining an associate degree in business management from Altamaha Technical College. Lakeisha worked in the customer service business for thelast 10 years. She was known for being very intelligent, and her contagious smile that would brighten up anyone day. Lakeisha loved to travel, and take trips with her family. Lakeisha was someone that everyone loved for her loving spirit.

A TIME TO REUNITE:

On Tuesday May 16, 2023, Lakeisha answered the call to put on her crown and transition to her eternal home. Lakeisha is preceded in death by her late grandfather Mr. John T. Thomas and Her grandmother Mrs. Bessie Thomas. Her uncles Bobby Steward, and Jhonny Melborne Thomas. Her great aunts Rosa Lou Martin and Thelma J. Baker. Her aunts Jessie Mae Thomas, and Linda Sue Thomas.

She leaves to cherish her memory her father Mr. David Jennette, Jr. and her Mother Mrs. Catherine Thomas of Hinesville, GA. Her grandmother Dorthy Jeannette of Fayetteville, NC. Four children, Christopher Owens Jr, Da’narius Tell, Da’narius Tell, and K’ior Nesbitt of Hinesville, GA. Two brother’s Davon Jennette, and Dashawn Jennette of Fayetteville, NC. Two sisters Shorshona Underwood of Temple, TX and Lila Anderson, of Springfield, GA. Two brothers-in-law Mahdi Underwood, Jr. of Temple, TX, and Meachie Walthour of Springfield, GA. One great aunt Mary Fabain of Hinesville, GA. Five Aunts Letricia Thomas of Charlotte, NC, Debra O’neal, Rose Moore, Monica Harris and Kimberly Jordan of Fayetteville, NC. Two nephews Kevin Hallmon, Jr. of Norfolk, VA and Christopher Credle, Jr. of Temple, TX. Two nieces Nytiesha Thomas of Temple, TX and Emani Vreeland, of Hinesville, GA. With a host of cousins and many friends.
