Frederick was born in Buffalo, New York and was Baptize in 1982 at New Zion Baptist Church by Rev. John Miller He attended Bradwell Institute. He received a degree in Art Welding, Foodservice and Cosmetology from the Job Corp in Morganfield, KY. One sister Velma James proceeded him in death.
He leave to cherish his memory a loving mother Daisy Wyckoff, two daughters Robbinail L. Wyckoff and Crystal Mays. Two granddaughters Malaysia and Tamya. One brother Texaco Temple, six sisters Irma Wyckoff & Timothy Hall (Hinesville, Ga.) Jessica Wyckoff (Sayracuse, NY) Michele Wyckoff (Tacoma, WA.)
