Di’edra Wilson Obituary

A loving wife, a beautiful sister, a dedicated family member, a devoted friend, a faithful church member and so much more. Di’edra Latrice Wilson (affectionately known as “Dee”), was born to the parents of the late Harold Edward and Mattie Lee King on May 18, 1984, in Daytona Beach, Florida. There she received her education from the Volusia County Public School System and was the youngest of six (6) children.

After attending Mainland Senior High School, Di’edra furthered her education at International Academy in Daytona Beach, thereafter, receiving her certification in the field of Cosmetology. Di’edra then moved to Deland, Florida she where met the love of her life, her best friend, confidant and husband Quentin Jewan Wilson where they settled down as a family in Hinesville, Georgia.

As a child, Dee accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Personal Savior while attending Freewill Holiness Church in Daytona Beach, and upon relocating to Georgia she served
as a faithful member of Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir.

Dee had a beautiful spirit, she was known for her kindheartedness, her great and quirky sense of humor and for her beautifully anointed angelic voice. She was a giver and a “forgiver” and she always exemplified unconditional love. However first and foremost, Di’edra cared about family and the importance of that bond being nurtured, strengthened, and protected’ which she continuously prayed for. She was a motivator for everyone and most thoughtfully to her husband Quentin.

On October 10, 2023, Di’edra heard a voice from Heaven say “Well done thy good and faithful servant, enter into thy Masters joy.” Preceding her in death were her parents Harold Edward and Mattie Lee King. She leaves to forever cherish her loving memory; her husband Quentin Jewan Wilson of Hinesville-Georgia, five (5) siblings: Brenda Jenkins-Maloy (Mike-deceased) of Boynton Beach-Florida, Gwen Robinson-
Weatherspoon of Raleigh-North Carolina, Mark Robinson (Shawanda) of Daytona Beach-Florida, Marshall Robinson of Boynton Beach-Florida, Chyanna King of West Palm Beach-Florida.
