The staff of Dorchester Funeral Home would like to extend its sincere condolences to the family of Beatrice Johnson Mcrae.
Beatrice McRae, a loving mother, wife,sister and daughter,was called home June 14th 2022.
Beatrice was born September 13,1960, the eldest daughter of Frank and Louise Johnson. She was joined in holy union with her soul mate, Wesley McRae Sr., March 13, 1985. Together they gave life to 2 children, Wesley McRae Jr. and Bernice McRae, and she cared for and nurtured many others as a home daycare provider.
A spirited and charitable soul, throughout her life Beatrice would give and do what she could for others. She made sandwiches and brought smiles to faces at Baldinos. Drew blood and made sure her patients were comfortable as a trained phlebotomist. Became a source of joy and learning in the lives of children for years at Ms. B's home daycare. And put her love of crocheting to use ,making beautiful dolls and decorations for family, neighbors and friends.
Enduring a life of ailments, she did not give up, but can now finally rest, rejoined with her husband (Wesley McRae Sr.), father( Frank Johnson)and brother (Craig Johnson).
