Mr. William Thomas Penny, age 62 passed away, Saturday, December 5, 2020 in Riceboro, Georgia. He was born April 3, 1958 to Archie Lea and Martha Penny in Portsmouth, Virginia. He leaves to cherish his memories, loving wife, Charlene Penny of Riceboro, GA; three sons, Williams Thomas (Julia) Penny of Frankfurt, Germany, Zackary M. (Sharina) Clark of Carrollton, VA, Thomas J. (Shawntae) Penny of Hinesville, GA; one daughter, Jasmine D. Penny of Frankfort, Germany; four brothers, Ronnie Penny of Portsmouth, VA, Kelvin (Peggy) Penny of Portsmouth, VA, Melvin Penny of Portsmouth, VA, Archie (Lolitta) Lea of Portsmouth, VA; one sister, Deborah Penny, Penny of Portsmouth, VA; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
