Mr. Willie Dillard "Bubba" Penn, Son of the late William Penn and Dillie Duckings-Penn, was Born April 10, 1938 in Okolona Mississippi. The family moved to Grand Rapids Michigan in
1953, where he attended South High School and soon obtained a job with Harlo Products as a

watch but he was best known for his manicured lawn and floral yard arrangements which

Willie was preceded in death by his older sister, Barbara Jean Penn and his life will forever be cherished by his twin sister Wilma Banks of Grand Rapids Mi, his sister Patricia Ann Penn of St. Louis Mo, His close cousins Mary and Lisa Townsend of Grand Rapids, Mi and in the lives of his children: Patricia Ann Brewster of Grand Rapids, Mi, Shiela Penn of Grand Rapids, Mi, William Penn of McDonough, Ga, Richard McGhee of Atlanta, Ga, Denise Williams of Chicago, IL, Marsha Williams of Grand Rapids, Mi, a host of devoted grandchildren, Nieces, nephews,
cousins and friends.
