Steve Allen White, Sr was born February 5, 1959 in Homerville Clinch County, Georgia to the late Robert White, Sr and Evelyn Brown-White.&

Living in Waycross, Georgia, Steve attended and graduated from Waycross High School in 1978.

After graduation, he enlisted into the U S Army retiring as Master Crew Chief with 21 years of service.

During this period, he met and married the love of his life, Patricia Ann Gurley of Fayetteville, NC who proceeded him in death. To their union was born one son, Steve Allen White, Jr.

Steve was attending the Love of Jesus Ministries when he was called by God to preach. He was later ordained as Elder under the leadership of, at that time, Pastor Anthony McRae who later became Bishop. Elder White continued to evangelize until his health began failing him.

Steve's memory and legacy of love will be cherished forever by his son, Steve A White, Jr (Jessica) of Hinesville, GA to which through their union, he was given a grandson, little Jesse White; one goddaughter, Cedricka Brown of Hinesville; two loving sisters, Betty White of Albany, GA and Robinette White-Carter of Waycross, GA; one sister in-law, Alice White of Hinesville, GA; one uncle, LeRoy Colson, Sr (Lucille) of Waycross, GA; one aunt, Bertha Daniels of Stamford, CT; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
