Stacy Frasier was born May 13, 1951 to Alvin and Jannie T. Frasier, Sr. of Hinesville. He entered into paradise on January 8, 2021. Stacy was the youngest of 4 children. His parents and wife, Laucenia, preceded him in death. Stacy was educated in the Liberty County School System and was a member of the original Liberty County High's Class of 1969. He graduated upper 4th in his class. After finishing high school, he moved to Philadelphia, PA and attended Temple University college where he worked in the mail department. Stacy's employers include: Angelo Brothers Lamp Company and Coastal Communications. In 1985, he married Laucenia Deloris Baker, and to their union, one child, Astacia Deloris, was born. Stacy was a member of Pleasant Grove A.M.E Church where he served on the usher board under the leadership of Reverend John E. Morris, Jr. "The dancing man" as he was affectionately known, leaves to continue his legacy, his beloved daughters Kirsten Frasier of Philadelphia, PA, and Astacia (David) King of Houston, TX and one son, Kyle Frasier of Philadelphia, PA. He also leaves behind two brothers, Alvin Frasier, Jr. and Charlie (Betty) Frasier and one sister, Deloris "Dee" Frasier, all of Hinesville; and one uncle, Wilmon Frasier Sr. of Hinesville. Stacy's extended family includes: one brother-in-law, Herman (Sarah) Baker; two sisters-in-law, Rebecca Frazier and Barbara (Robert) Young, of Midway; four grandsons, Jonathan, Logan, Kyle Jr. and Noah Frasier, all of Philadelphia, PA; four nieces, Stephanie (Darryl) Armstead and Charlette Frasier of Atlanta, Tiffany Baker of Midway, and Chanté (Reginald) Martin of Allenhurst; five nephews, Derrick, Andre (Sonya,), and Kelvin Frasier of Philadelphia, PA, Wesley Frasier and James Eric (Janelle) Green of Hinesville; a special grandnephew and adored grandnieces, Avery Armstead, Olivia Martin, Janai Baker, Kayla Frasier, Tori Harrison, Unique and Jerrica Green; To cherish his memory, Stacy leaves a host of dear cousins and friends to include Anthony Lott, Terry Roberts and Eric Sharp. Special thanks to Diane Frasier who helped him during his transition after the death of his wife.
