Trey passed on June 8, 2022. He was born on November 10, 1977 to Dan and Sandra Wilkins in Augusta, GA.

Trey moved with his family to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1995 after graduating high school. Trey started working at Winn Dixie and continued to work until he enlisted in the US Army in 2009.

While in the army he served in Afghanistan, Qatar, Korea, and Germany. Rising to the rank of Sergeant first class, he served with 1/17 infantry (Fort Lewis, WA), 11th transportation (Fort Story, VA) 2/43 Ada (Fort Bliss, TX), 5/7 Cav and 1/64 Armor (Fort Stewart, GA).

Trey married Amanda (Vann) on November 11, 2005. They had one child Elliott. Trey enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching the Miami Dolphins, and Karaoke. He loved spending his time with Elliott fishing and teaching him all about life. Trey was always willing to lend a helping hand, telling jokes, or being a listening ear.

He enjoyed mentoring his soldiers and watching their careers progress.

Trey is survived by his wife Amanda, son Elliott, parents Dan (Ginger) and Sandra, Father & Mother in law Richard & Pam Vann, brother Jeff (Emma), sister Catherine, Grandmother Patricia, and 6 nieces and nephews.

Services will be held June 25 at 11:00 AM at Dorchester Funeral Home.
