Sandra Payne was born on November 15, 1960, in Georgetown, South Carolina, and received her education in the public schools in Georgetown County. In 1995, Midway, Georgia became their home where she and her loving husband Allen raised their four daughters. Twenty plus years were spent making memories as a custodian at Liberty Elementary and retired in 2021. Sandra volunteered at the Dorchester Academy and loved spending time with her family and friends. On March 8, 2025, God called Sandra to be with Him and she went peacefully at home. She is survived by her husband Robert of 43 years, four daughters Alicia, Angelique, Antonia, and Anitrea, three granddaughters, Maria, Sophia, and Tyanna and her brother James Myers, three nieces, a nephew, a host of cousins, and other relatives and friends.
