Queen Ester Shelton was born on June 26 1950 to the late Juanita Lovette Harris in Leflore County. She was the 2nd oldest child out of 11. She was married to the late Eddie Lee Shelton for 6 years until his death in 1999.

Queen was a woman of all trades. She was a Bartender, cook, Educator, and Correctional Officer. She was great at all of them. She was a Great mother and provider. She loved her children, grandchildren, and Great grandchildren.

Queen Departed on Oct 30 2023, she was preceded in death by her sons Elric Harris, and Rodney Nelson SR. She leaves to mourn Her Daughter (Carmella Nelson), Her son (Willie Nelson) Her Stepdaughter (Willa & Patrica Nelson) Her Grandchildren Elric Nelson, Darius Nelson, Krystian Samuelle, Kamya Hoover, Latoria Nelson,& Rodney Nelson JR., AAhilyah Rodgers, Tukieda Grissett, Tamarah Benson, Courtney Nelson, Ashley Nelson, Jasmine Nelson, Eva Deboard. Her brother's Lovette Harris Jr., Virginia Harmon, Peter Late John Harris, Zack Harris, Benny L Harris, Danny Harris, Eddie Lee Harris, Robert Gaston, Alfonzo Gaston and a host of nieces and nephews.
