Olivia Walley was the daughter of Mr. Howard Thomas and Mrs. Nancy Thomas. She was born on March 18, 1939 in Newark, NJ. She entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Olivia attended Newark public schools where she graduated from Arts High School. She then later attended School of Nursing and began her nursing career as a private duty nurse. She later retired from the VA Hospital in East Orange, NJ. To a Newark, NJ Chapter she was a very active and devoted Eastern Star for which she holds many ribbons, badges, trophies and plaques.

In addition to her parents, Olivia was preceded in death by two husbands, Stanly Wade and James Walley, a brother Leon Thomas, a sister, Constance Denson, a daughter, Felicia Wade, four nieces, Shirley, Lillian, Constance, and Bernice and one nephew, Charles.

She leaves to cherish her love and memories to one son: Myran Walley; three daughters: Nancy Wade, Lydia Bellinger, Hillari Walley; one nephew: Freddy and one niece: Kathy. Olivia was the proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren: Antoine, Robert, Johnny, Chizea, Robin, Jason, James, Mark, Kevin B., Keenan, Michael, Duane, Ebony, John, Ricky, Kevin, and Darnissa; 38 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren, along with a host of great nieces and nephews and family.
