Novidene Denise Bacon, 49, affectionally known as "Neicy" was born May 11, 1976 to Zenda Bacon Davis and the late Elder Harry Houston.

Novidene was educated in the public schools of Liberty County and graduated from Bradwell Institute in 1995.  She was previously employed as a cook and server at the NCO Club inFort Stewart, Georgia.  After her employment, she enjoyed cooking and feeding her neighbors, family and friends.

At an early age, she gave her life to Christ and joined Pleasant Grove A.M.E. Church under the leadership of Reverend Abraham Frasier.

Neicy enjoyed life and she never met a stranger.  She devoted her life to making others laugh and loved her family unconditionally.

Neicy was preceded in death by her father, Elder Harry Houston, Stepfather Retired SFC Jerry Davis, her Grandmother Evangelist Alfredia Williams, and her sister Katrina Walcott.

She leaves to cherish her memories: two loving children, Jalante Davenport and Janeice Roserie, her devoted mother Zenda Davis, her Stepmother: Prophetess Gwinnette Houston, five brothers: David (Shimira) Houston, Mark Houston, Terry (Tameko) Davis, Robert (Ewina) Marshall and Jerry (Shauna) Russell; four sisters: Harriet (Tito) Williams, Crystal Houston, Tonja Robertson and Tamalia Davis; two special aunts, Sharon Hanson and Roziner Bacon; her Special Uncle, Samuel Bacon, Jr.,  her Bonus Dad Larry Frasier, seven special sister friends: Tonya Patten, Monica Cortez, Sabrina Roberts, Amber Starksand MaTarsha Davis, her Godchildren: Jermaine Hutchins, Asia Johnson, Prence'Amellion Doomes, Aniah Williams and Tra 'Leka Houston, her stylist Deonte' Bacon, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins, other relatives and friends.
