Mother Elnora Jessie Tolbert was born September 30, 1963 in Liberty County, Georgia to the late and Elnora and Davis Williams. Mother Elnora was raised in Fleming, Georgia and educated in the public school system of Liberty County. Elnora was a member of The New Church of Christ Apostolic Faith, Inc in Freedman Grove, Georgia, Mother Elnora was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Alex C. Tolbert, Sr. and to this union they were blessed with 4 children.

To cherish her memory, she leaves her devoted husband Mr. Alex C. Tolbert, Sr; Two Sons Alex C. Tolbert, Jr ( Ciara ). of Savannah, Georgia,
Terry Williams ( LaKisha ) of Hinesville, Georgia and Two daughters Joanna Tolbert of Fleming, Georgia and Lydia Weaver ( Paul ) of Savannah, Georgia Five Sisters Nellie Jackson of Fleming, Georgia, Sandra Taybron ( Terry ) of Wendell, North Carolina, Lucinda Lee of Statesboro,  Georgia, Chandra Bolden ( Chuck ) of Garden City, Georgia, and Kendra Mincer ( Marion ) of Ludowici, Georgia. One Brother George Williams of Statesboro, Georgia. Bonus Daughters Danielle and Lashay Williams of Ludowici, Georgia. Aunt Catherine Morris. Thirteen Grandchildren Elijah Tolbert, Paul Weaver, Jessica Weaver, Damia Brown, Kalani Williams, Terry Williams, Jr., Ariel Tolbert, Aaliyah Tolbert, Aubree Eady, Je'Onnie and Ri'Onna Prince, Royalty Tolbert, and Diamond Williams. Mother Elnora leaves a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
