Mary Francis Clough, a loving and devoted military spouse, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, at the age of 75. Mary was born on September 26, 1949, in Claxton, GA.

Though her formal education was brief, she lived a life rich in experience and wisdom. Those who knew her well remember her as the life of the party, someone who offered both tough love and boundless kindness, always ready with unwavering support to those who were near and dear to her.

She leaves behind her sons, Calvin (Stephanie), Ulysses (Rauna), and Melvin (Daniella) Zeigler; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two siblings, Elouise Woods and Roscoe Hunter; three nieces, one nephew; and her companion, Alton Thomas.
