Obituary Leo Manuel Henderson Jr. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.... 2Timothy 4:7 Leo Manuel Henderson Jr., 61 of Hinesville, GA, passed away on 01/01/2024. Leo was born on 05/21/1962, in Roanoke, Virginia. Born to the late Leo Henderson and Vivian L. Henderson. Leo was preceded in death by his grandmother Wynona B. Scott and his niece Miycol Johnson Leo loved the Lord and accepted Christ at an early age. Leo leaves behind his beloved spouse, Michelle D. Henderson, along with his children, Shanice. N. Henderson, Byron L. Henderson, Deidre J. Brown, Devon L. Brown (Kayla), Deseric J. Brown and Kiana R. Brown. Leo is survived by his siblings, Marsha Bradley (Scott), Terri Johnson both of Columbus, OH and Caroline PennyPacker (Dan) of Arizona. 10 grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Leo proudly served in the Army for 12 yrs. as a Field Artillery Surveyor. He then went on to have a successful career, working for HowMet Aerospace for 11 ½ years and P.C. Simonton Assoc. for 18 years. In his free time, Leo enjoyed fishing with his friends, being outdoors & working in his yard. Leo was also an avid Ohio State and Dallas Cowboys football fan.

The Memorial services for Leo M. Henderson Jr. Will be handled by Dorchester Funeral Home, located in Midway, GA. The family appreciates all the love and support during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Leo You will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved you
