Leliawas theeldest of two childrenbornto Curtis and Ethel Roberts Shipman while on tour in Nuremberg, Germany onSeptember 22, 1976.Lelia was a beautiful spiritthat could draw anyone even when she was at her lowest point. She was an encourager,even when she needed to be encouraged herself, loving, caring and a giverwho touched so many lives.Sheenjoyedhelping her family, community and anyone that needed help.She was a certified nursing assistant for several years. Thoughhealth challenges occurred,shegraduatedfromColumbia Collegeandbecame an entrepreneur, a licensed tax preparer and business consultant of Jamarco's Tax Service inTownsend,Georgia.

Sister Mitchell'strue fellowship with the Lord and Mt. Sinai Church of Ludowici, GA began in the year of 2019. She became a prayer warrior and an attentive listeneron Bible study, following the instructions of the Lord.
