Johanna&"JoJo" Jones was born on September 30,1960 to the late Bishop Solomon & Annie Joe Jones. She was the 12th child of 15 children. JoJo attended school in Liberty County. She graduated from Bradwell Institute .

Teaching was her passion and she spent the last few years teaching and molding little minds before retiring. She grew up in the church and later decided to give her life to the Lord. In 1996, she became a member of True Born Holiness Church of Christ, Inc. under the leadership of the late Bishop Leroy Williams Jr. She remained there under the leadership of Bishop Lorenzo L. Jones until her departure.

The final curtain forJohannacame on Friday, August 30, 2024. It is sad for us to acknowledge her passing but heaven is glad for her delivery. Her parents preceded her in death along with 11 siblings, including Solomon (Sonny) Jr., Eddie, Charles, Lester, and James Jones, all of Midway, Georgia.

Left to cherish her beautiful memories is her loving and devoted sister, Mother Mary Brown and her brother, Moses Jones of Midway, Georgia. Her brother, Minister. Gary (Karen) Jones of Pooler, Georgia, Her brother, Larry Jones of Brunswick, Georgia. Special friends, Mr. Obie Lewis and Sis. Bernell Alleyne-Baker along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her spiritual family at TBHCOC.
