James E. Strickland was called to heaven on November 14, 2022 at the age of 72. James was born and raised in Mount Olive, North Carolina and he moved to Midway, Georgia with his family in 1994. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Margie, sons- James, Kevin and George. Daughters- Stephanie and Crystal, Grandchildren- Brysen, Mason, Abel and Blaise.&

James was a family man, he worked diligently as an industrial electrician until he had to retire due to glaucoma. He enjoyed sitting on the porch or in his swing talking with friends and family. He also enjoyed grilling with his boys on his prized possession grill that they hand built him for Father's Day.

The celebration of his life will be held at Faith Bible Chapel (1603 Seabrook Island Drive) on Saturday November 19, 2022 starting at 1pm.
