Jacob Gray Clement was born January 6, 2005 to Troy Lee Clement and Abby Lois Jones Clement.
Jacob's life ended&on December 3, 2022.

He is survived by his parents, his great-grandmother, Mary Lois Chestnut, his grandmother, Delilah Ruth Clement, and other loving family.

He was greatly loved by those who called him family or friend. He will be missed more than imaginable. And remembered fondly and often by those that loved him best. Jacob was truly a once-in-a-lifetime person.
