The Homegoing Celebration for our Dear Sister/Mother/Auntie/Cousin Gertie Bacon will take place on Saturday, November 23rd, at 11:00 AM at First Zion Baptist Church in Riceboro, GA. She will lie in state for viewing at the church from 10 - 11 AM before service. There will be NO viewing at the end of the service. Burial will be in First Anderson Grove Cemetery. A repast will follow at the Riceboro Youth Center. There will be a wake at the Dorchester Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 22nd, from 5 - 7 PM. Please continue to keep the family in prayer for strength and comfort.
