Mr. George C. "Junior Boy" Williams, Jr. was born on December 14, 1951 in Riceboro, GA. George was the son of the late Rev. George C. Williams, Sr. and Mrs. Frances (Williams) Arline of Riceboro, GA. He was educated in the Liberty County School System. George married Joe Etta Carter of Riceboro, Ga in 1973. He was employed at Natrochem, Inc in Savannah, GA for many years. He loved spending most of his time working on cars, watching football and westerns, fishing, and partying with family & friends.
He leaves to mourn three daughters: Stephanie Williams of Midway, GA, Sabrina (Eddie) Boyd of Atlanta, GA, and Vivian Murga of Bloomingdale, Ga, one grandson Joshua (Jayla) Williams and one great grandson Kairo Williams of Midway, GA. A special and dearest friend, Arlisa Barnes of Riceboro, GA, Two brothers, Richard Williams of Riceboro, GA, Robert Lambert of Savannah, GA. Brother In-laws, Frank Bacon Jr. of Jones, GA, Edgar Timmons, Jr. of McIntosh County, GA.
A host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his seven siblings, Elijah Anderson, Sr., Georgia Mae West, Leon Williams, Eva Williams, Carolyn Timmons, Barbara Tyson, and Lillie "Faye" Bacon.
Let us not forget, his special furbaby and riding buddy "Roscoe".
George C. Williams, Jr. was a fighter, strong-willed, hardworking, loving, and caring. Even on days when he didn't feel well, he was always willing to give a helping hand. He will truly be missed by all his family and friends.
