May the works Freddie has done speak for him May the life he lived speak for him May the services he gave speak for him....When Freddie is resting in his grave and there's nothing to be said May the life Freddie lived speak for him.....Our family legend Freddie "Toby" Jones was born on May 18, 1944 to the late Freoda Deloach. "Toby " transitioned peacefully from labor to reward on November 15, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah, GA. Freddie was affectionately known by "Toby" to all who knew and loved him. He was known as Jack of all trades . There was nothing that you couldn't ask Toby to fix for you. If any reason he couldn't fix it he would start building you something new. His family & friends, especially his nieces and nephews, enjoyed catchin him on his front porch waving at every car that passed by or just to catch up. There was not much Toby would watch on his TV except for westerns especially "Gun Smoke" . Freddie leaves seventy- six years of fond memories to his two beloved sisters: Johnnie Mae Johnson and Myrtle Jones; two loving brothers: Aaron Robinson (Gloria) and Herbert Deloach (Trudy); nieces and nephews whom he loved as his own {Dontavious Deloach (Tay)}and a host cousins and devoted friends. A link in our family chain is missing and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one our family chain will link again and we will be reunited with our cook, Mr. fix it and friend Freddie "Toby" Jones.
