Mrs. Frances C. Daly was born February 18, 1933 to the late Wesley Miller and Lillie Miller in Ludowici, GA. Frances was educated in the Long County School System and was employed at the Long County Board of Education in the school cafeteria as a dietitian for 35 years. Frances was a member of the Phillips Baptist Church, Ludowici, GA under the leadership of Rev. David McCall, Pastor.Frances passed away on Sunday morning, October 11, 2020 peacefully at Coastal Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Lillie Miller, daughter, Joyce Miller, six brothers and four sisters. She leaves to cherish he memories, her two daughter: Coretha Mallard and Leatrice (James) Bell; three grandchildren: Jerome E. Spaulding, Lucresha Baggs and Loretta D. Baggs; five great grandchildren: Leah Baggs, Terry Baggs, Lynnesha Baggs, Jerome Spaulding, Jr. and Kennedi Ivory Spaulding; one great great grandchild: Skai Baggs and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
