Ms. Florence Ann Hamilton (affectionately known as "Mama Flo") was born on July 9, 1954 to Lawrence A. Hamilton and Mayetta Younger Hamilton. She was the fourth of five children born to their union. She was named after her grandmothers, Nannie Florence Hamilton and Annie Younger, both of whom preceded her in death. Florence received Christ at an early age and served the Lord faithfully as a member of the Lane Tabernacle CME Church, St. Louis, MO. She was lovingly known as "Mama Flo", "Auntie Flo," "Aunt Sizzle," and lastly "BoBo" by her youngest grandson, James III. Words from Mama Flo: "People I've always said I needed to write a book about my life. Oh well, just remember: MY TESTIMONIES, WISDOM, AND JUST BEING ME.WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVED YOU ALL! SEE YOU IN HEAVEN."
