"Disco"
November 21, 1963 - January 24, 2022
On November 21, 1963 Ellis Jerome Roberts was born to Mary Lee Roberts in Fleming Georgia.
He attended Liberty Elementary, Hinesville Middle, and graduated in 1982 from Bradwell
Institute High School.
Jerome was employed as a Custodian at Britton Elementary School and retired from Diamond
Elementary School with 33 years of dedicated service and also did landscaping and other odd jobs on
the side.
"Disco" was Loyal, Kind, Free-spirited, Humble, and hard working from his youth: always laughing and
giggling: he loved good music and dancing: "even dancing a hole in a pair of Stacey Adams thus acquiring
the name "Disco": and loved a good meal "especially sweets" !
Jerome was preceded in death by his Grandmother Ruth Pryor, Grandfather Benjamin Roberts, brothers
George Daniel Williams Jr. and Kalvin Ramsey.
He leaves to mourn a loving Mother Mary Lee Williams (Rosevelt Johnson), Siblings: Mary (Ronnie)
Fleming, Kathy (Anthony) Davis, Daryl Williams (Veronica Bell), Calvin Williams, Daries Williams, Thomas
McCormick, and Reesy Jackson. A Goddaughter Tiara Howard and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other
Relatives, friends, and a Father Ellis Williams.
