Elena is survived by her family. She was the devoted mother of 2, to Anthony and Fernando, loving grandmother of 6, Alfredo, Arden, Alex, Haylee, Brandon and Fernando, and the wonderful sister of Julio Rios. We will always miss and pray for her. She is finally resting in peace. She is now with God, her mother, father, and brothers.
