Edgar Lee Dudley Jr. was born on&November 15, 1939 in Liberty County GA. to the late Edgar and Mary Dudley. He entered into eternal rest onSunday July 17, 2022 in Reidsville, GA.; proceeded him in death, Donna Dudley, Three brothers; Slater Dudley, Silvester Dudley, Rochester Dudley and one sister (Adopted by the brothers) Corneal Corinthian Pyett Johnson.

Edgar's primary and formal education was with the Liberty County School system. After graduating high school, Edgar worked in Liberty County for a short while, Edgar then relocated to Chicago, IL where he met and married Donna Wilson. During this union came three children, later they divorced. Edgar worked for Burns Security and Atlas Guard Service for over thirty years and then for Rauland Zenith TV Corp. Edgar retired in 2004.

Jennings, Yondamea (Robert) Jones, GG: Kiya Jones, Kayla Jones, Xavier Jones.; Son: Eilliott Dudley Sr. Grandchildren, Elliott Dudley Jr., GG: Elliyah Dudley; Lance Dudley; Ellis Dudley, GG: Jordon Dudley, Malik Dudley, Ava Dudley.; Son: Eugene (Gabrielle) Dudley, of Atlanta, Ga.; Amber Sydney, Jason Dudley, Donovan Dudley. A host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Saturday July 30, 2022 at 11 a.m. also at Dorchester Funeral Home. The burial will be at Andrews Cemetery in Freeman Grove, GA.
