Donnell Cleveland Waye Sr was born On October 17, 1976, to the late Rosella Johnson and Jimmie C. Waye Sr., One of the most cherished moments of their life. Donnell attended School in Liberty County. He worked as a concrete construction worker for over 20 years.Hewas a loving father of 3 children.He loved hanging out with his Family and Friends. He loved to dress everything had to be color-coordinated down to his shoes. Donnie "D.W" always had a smile on his face no matter what, he touched so many with his loving heart always willing to help others.

Donnell C. Waye Sr. was preceded in death by his mother Rosella Johnson; Father Jimmie Waye Sr, Brother Jimmie Waye Jr, Granddaughter Dream Waye, and Nephew Quincy Waye.
