A lifelong native of Riceboro, Georgia, Deacon Steve Anderson, Jr. was born on March 4, 1934, and peacefully entered eternal rest on October 9, 2025.
He is survived by his devoted wife of more than 70 years, Missionary Annie Powell Anderson, and their beloved children. Deacon Anderson was a faithful husband, a loving father, and a man of profound faith. His life was a testament to his unwavering commitment to God, his family, and his community.
As a devoted member and prayer warrior on the Deacon Board at the Way of Holiness Church under the leadership of Bishop Isaiah Houston, Deacon Anderson faithfully served the Lord with humility and dedication. He was known for his steadfast prayers, his compassionate spirit, and his willingness to intercede for anyone in need.
Deacon Anderson's faith guided his every step, and he instilled in his family the importance of worship, prayer, and church fellowship. His legacy of love, faith, and service will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
