Our beloved father passed away peacefully in his home at the age of 65 with his mother by his side. Dale Alexander Stewart Sr. was born in Savannah, Georgia on March 31, 1959, to his loving parents, Willie Curtis and Annie Mae Stewart. At an early age, he became a member of Midway Congregational United Church of Christ in Midway, GA. He also attended Bradwell Institute, where he was in the upper fifth of the graduating class of 1977 and played football as a defensive player. After graduation, he joined the United States Navy. Once he completed his
time in the service, he spent the majority of his working career at Carson products (Savannah, GA) and Chemtall/ SNF Inc. (Riceboro, GA).

He is survived by his 3 children, Dale Jr., Danielle and Devon Stewart. His mother Annie Stewart and sister Stephanie (Lonnie) Alford. Several special cousins: Pamela (Miller) Bennet, Rubin Miller, Alfonso Miller and Valerie (Luckey) Merritt along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews. Dale lived his life the best way he knew how and left this earth wishing that his children would find safety in this chaotic world. While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering.
