Carolyn Morris was born to the late Julia Jones (Statham) and the late Freddy Walthour Sr. on September 7, 1950. She is preceded in death by her late husband and late daughter, Ross C. Morris and Michele Morris. She is also preceded in death by her sisters Nancy (Stanley) Hines, Iona Jones, and brothers Stephen (Latricia) Walthour, Mark and Phillip.

Left to cherish her life are her sisters and brothers Henrietta Fairley, Wilhelmina (Nathaniel) Blue, Freddie (Elouise) Walthour Jr, Bishop Kirtley (Evangelist Josephine) Walthour, Elder Micheal (Shirley) Walthour, Evelyn (Dennis) Olsen and Mary (Walter) Hines, and a host of nieces and nephews.
