Albert Anthony Lambert, Jr. entered into this world on January 12, 1954 to the late Dea. Albert Lambert and the late Sis. Irie Lee Lambert. Albert, affectionately known as Junior, entered eternal rest on Sunday, July 16, 2023. He was preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy Hall Lambert, his second wife Janice Wiley Lambert, brother Eugene Lambert and God-brother Michael Barrett.
At an early age, Albert joined First Anderson Grove Baptist Church. He was educated in the Liberty County School System and graduated in 1972. Upon graduating from Liberty County High School, Albert joined the United States Airforce. He served our country for six years before joining his father's business, Lambert Puplwood.
Albert was a quiet loveable man with a big smile and a warm heart. He asked for nothing and gave his all to family and friends. Before his failing health, his happiest moments were gardening and grilling.
Albert leaves to cherish his memories: his sons Anthony Lambert, Virgil Lambert, Raymond Lambert and Roosevelt Wiley Williams all of Riceboro, GA; step-daughter: Sylvetrus Grant of Bolden, GA; brotherWalter (Leola) Lambert of Riceboro, GA; sisters:Leola (Henry) McKally of Miami, FL, Elaine Lambert and Yvonne Lambert both of Riceboro, GA;brother-in-law: Dennis Wiley of Pooler, GA; sisters-in-law: Lillie (William) Paige of Cleveland, OH and Sandra (John) McIver of Crescent, GA;uncles: Albert Roberts and Israel Lambert both of Miami, FL;aunts: Berdie Stevens of Atlanta, GA, Ellen Paul of Miami, FL, Annie Ash and Sadie Roberts both of Riceboro, GA; Matilda Murfree of Bolden, GA; Velma Wiley of Ft. Myers,God-brothers: Richard Barrett (Emma) and Jerard (Crystal) Roberts both of Riceboro, GA; a dedicated caregiver Patrick Anderson;15 grandchildren;a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friend.
