Jessica Denise (McCullough) Golden

Jessica Denise McCullough Golden, Age 37, was a believer in Christ Jesus and had a steady relationship with Him. The daughter of Samuel McCullough and Grace Ann Huff McCullough was born on September 6, 1984 in Statesboro, Georgia. Jessica was beautiful inside out, a defender of all and was one of a kind as people of all ages naturally gravitated to her. She was wise beyond her years to the point where she inherited the nickname "National Mother".  She attended the public schools of Bulloch County and served in the Bulloch High School Chorus for 4 years.  Jessica was a 2003 graduate of Statesboro High school. She attended Ogeechee Technical College and obtained an associates degree on May 21, 2015 in Early Childhood Education.  Jessica was employed at Snelson Golden Middle School where she held the position of Systems operator. She was a dedicated member of Stevens Temple CCHUTL, and then St. James Community Church CCHUTL, where she served faithfully.

Jessica Denise McCullough Golden was a great help to those she encountered. She loved her family, friends, children, singing, and shopping. Jessica never met a stranger. She loved event planning as she planned something for everyone she loved including herself. She gave so much of herself in all she did as there was never a time in which anything was half done. 

Jessica was united in holy matrimony to Nathaniel Golden Jr on September 6, 2014.  She departed this life on Sunday, October 31, 2021. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Lue Dickerson Huff; and infant son Nigel Bernard Golden.


Jessica will always be cherished by her loving husband Nathaniel Golden; Her Father and Mother, Samuel and Grace Ann Huff McCullough; Her Parents in love Nathaniel and Alfreda Golden Sr; Her Grandfather O.C. Huff; Her Grandmother in love Alfreda Williams; Her siblings Robbie McCullough of Statesboro Ga; Natasha (Earl) Canty of Statesboro GA; Samuel (Erika) McCullough Jr of Snellville GA and Arneshia (Todd) Chewing of Evans GA; A bonus Sister Ashley Golden of Midway GA; Her beloved Nieces and Nephews who she adored, Keyuana Best, Kealonte Floyd, Mynijah Huff, Courdell Golden, Samuel Isaiah McCullough, Elijah Ziyon McCullough, Noah Chase McCullough, Harlee Huff and Navi Best. Her Godparents, Bishop Moses Lewis and Mother Essie Lewis;  Pastor Errol and Evangelist Joan Roan; Her Godbrothers Bishop Timothy (Venus)Griffin, Andre (Atlanta) and Demitrius Kirtz and Anthony Lee. Her GodSisters Mary Roach, Shirley Denson, Natalie Lane, Judith Lee and Jacqueline Jones, Goddaughters, Marchanti Mikell, Statesboro GA and Ashley Gordon Statesboro. Godsons: Joshua Key, Augusta; Desirion Lovett, Statesboro GA; Tyler Key, Statesboro GA, Raleigh Crawford, Statesboro GA along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.
