Mr. Lewis Brown Obituary

Mr. Lewis Brown was born on August 24, 1948 in Ft. Lauderdale, FLA to the late Joseph Dennis Brown Sr. And Lucille Campbell Brown. He received his education in The Liberty County School System. 

Lewis loved music, and would read the News Paper every morning. He could do a mean James Brown split, was protective of his sisters and had lots of love for his entire family.

Lewis lived in Miami, FLA. for many years, he was employed at Florida Beverage. His friend called him 'Little Geech'. He worked The Gravel Pit while residing in Harrisburg, PA. He was also employed at Hobart in Richmond Hill, GA. 

He was proceeded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Bowdie Brown, his parents Joseph and Lucille Brown, paternal grandparents Abe and Mattie Bell Campbell, Stephen & Maggie Brown, two brothers Marvin Souppeman Brown & Robert Scooby Doo and one sister Debra Brown Bradwell.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Gedele Brown, his daughter Sade Brown, Brother's Joseph and Josephine Brown of Valdalia, GA, Leon Brown (Kimberly) Brown. Four sisters Mary Farrell, Pamela Brown, Rochelle Adams all of Midway, GA, and Rosa Milton of Jesup, GA. Five grandchildren all of Harrisburg, PA. One aunt Catherine Shuman of Riceboro, GA, one uncle Wille Moten of Riceboro, GA, a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Final and most sacred arrangements are entrusted to the professional care of The Dorchester Funeral Home, 7842 E. Oglethorpe Hwy, Midway, GA.
